Happy New Year
2010 is here! Wow! Where did 2009 go? It has been a crazy year. Back in August I had planned to start this blog; I started it, but never was able to maintain it. When I returned from convention my household grew -- my niece and nephew moved in with us. It has been a lot of fun to have little ones in the house again, but it sure makes stamping a bit challenging. However, my goal is to stamp more often this year. And with that, my second goal is to share it all with you.
I am also making some changes to my business. We have a new stamp club beginning (in Ventura County if you are interested) this month. A couple of my downline (my "daughters" in stamping) will be sharing the demonstrating responsibilities of the club. This gives our customers an added benefit -- you will benefit from three different styles in stamping. We all have our own personal stamping style, don't we?
Finally, in addition to sharing this stamp club, this year I will be participating in a stamp club as a customer. I learned a very valuable lesson these past 6-months -- stamping needs to remain FUN, not just a business venture. I have gotten lost in the planning of stamping projects for others and I wasn't giving myself time to just stamp for the sake of stamping!
Sooo... with all that said, watch for future posts. Happy New Year everyone! Have a blessed 2010!

Stampin' Up Convention 2009
I have just returned from this year's Stampin' Up Convention -- what a great couple of days! I will have photos posted very soon (I didn't have my camera because my daughter had it). There were 7 CSL's (Crazy Stamping Ladies) who went this year. We had a really great time. We all got lots of ideas and inspiration for our future stamping classes and workshops. I can't wait to share it all with you.
One of the inspirations for me personally was to start this blog. My momma-upline (Maureen) and my sister-upline (Heidi) both began their blogs recently (see my links on the side). They were updating while we were in Salt Lake City and they inspired ME to begin a blog of my own. Yeah!
I plan to update this blog at least once a week with current projects or class ideas, with updates on my family and life outside of stamping (is there life outside of stamping?). I hope my blog helps INSPIRE you to CREATE and SHARE your own hand stamped items! I look forward to hearing from you all!
Sincerely,
~Lisa
